I’ve been thinking of a perfect gift for a friend then this perfect idea just popped up into my mind. Since I love Adventure Time so does my friend, why not make a custom shoes inspired from the series.
Supplies: Plain canvas shoes, acrylic paint, paint brush, fabric marker, and emulsion paint
Start by gathering your supplies. Think of your design. Paint the shoes with the base color. Leave it out to dry. Draw the details using a pencil, and use the fabric markers to trace it. Put your finishing touches. Once the paint is dry, apply the emulsion paint to your shoes. And your Adventure time shoes is done!
P.S. This is my first time to paint!
Day 98: Tattooed Banana
December 25, 2012
I got a lot of fantastic Christmas presents this year, including this really cool book from Alida & Frietzen (my partner’s sisters). This book has tons of cool projects, and I’m sure it’s going to come in very handy on days when I’m out of ideas. I though it was only fitting that the first project be the one on the cover. So here it is. Merry Christmas!
