I recently intercepted a bag of my boyfriend’s clothes before they made their way to the Goodwill. I picked through and found a bunch of old t-shirts and hoodies. The t-shirts are in the early stages of a scarf (finished product soon). I loved this green striped hoodie of his, but he’s on an all black kick lately so he gave me his blessing to do whatever I wanted with it.

I was inspired by a tutorial I found recently. I really wanted to feminize this hoodie and add puffy sleeves, but there wasn’t enough material left over after sliming it down (to my dismay, I’m not that much smaller than my boyfriend). Instead I added some small pleats to the shoulders, and took in the sides and sleeves for a more shapely look. It fits perfect now, and will certainly be my choice hoodie, at least for the next couple weeks.

Finally done with this ‘Kaleidoscope’ hoodie. It is made from repurposed quilting, fastens with magnets and if worn at the right kind of party, might actually appear to change colors.
As always, other original work is on the JUST PZNT page of the blog. Thank you!
